You’re losing production time. OEE Pilot shows you exactly where.

OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) measures how much of your planned production capacity is actually being used, and where time is being lost. Our OEE Pilot makes this visible: in real time, without PLC modifications, without cloud dependency, without a months-long rollout.

OEE Pilot shows you what your line is costing you – before it’s too late:

  • Every minute of downtime becomes visible: with timestamp, duration, and frequency. No more losses that disappear into the shift report.
  • Up and running in one day: connect sensors, open browser, done. No IT project, no system integrator, no machine downtime.
  • Complete, single-source solution: hardware, software, and dashboard in one package. No piecing together sensors, gateways, cloud subscriptions, and visualization tools.
  • Buy once, use indefinitely: €4,800 one-time price. No subscription, no ongoing costs, no cloud dependency.
  • Numbers for management: automatic PDF reports and ROI documentation from day one.
  • No intervention in the control system: sensors run in parallel with the PLC, no machine release required, no feedback effects.
  • The OEE pilot system on a production line with three stations

Why OEE Pilot?

Hardware, software, and dashboards in one package. No piecing together gateways, cloud subscriptions, and visualization tools. One point of contact, one installation.

OEE Pilot runs fully on-premise on the Pinebox: no cloud account, no internet requirement, no data privacy risk.

No server, no system integrator, no months-long rollout. Connect sensors, power on the Pinebox, open a browser — the OEE Pilot system is ready to use. Even without an IT department.

€4,800 — that’s it. No monthly license fees, no price increases after year 1, no contract lock-in. You own the system.

IO-Link®1 sensors are mounted in parallel with the existing control system. No PLC modifications, no machine release required, no feedback effects. Your equipment keeps running throughout the installation.

See what your line is really capable of.

OEE = Availability × Performance × Quality

AvailabilityHow long is the equipment actually running?
PerformanceHow fast is it running compared to the target cycle time?
QualityHow many parts pass on the first run?
BottleneckWhich station is slowing down the entire line?
DowntimeWhy is the equipment stopped and how often?
  • The scoreboard displays the current status for the operator.

Your OEE dashboard in three steps

Install sensors

Mount IO-Link sensors (e.g. distance sensors) on your production line for part counting. The counting logic is already built into OEE Pilot. No machine modifications required — your PLC programs remain unchanged.

Connect Pinebox and configure the line

The Pinebox edge gateway receives sensor data, processes it, and passes it to the OEE Pilot software. Everything runs on the Pinebox, on-premise. Connect via Wi-Fi access point or Ethernet — standalone or integrated into your corporate network.

Track OEE and bottlenecks

Access live dashboards from any browser: scoreboard directly at the line, operator tablet on the shop floor, management screen in the office. Monitor real-time data and analyze past production runs.

Transparent pricing. Buy once, use indefinitely.
