You’re losing production time. OEE Pilot shows you exactly where.
OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) measures how much of your planned production capacity is actually being used, and where time is being lost. Our OEE Pilot makes this visible: in real time, without PLC modifications, without cloud dependency, without a months-long rollout.
OEE Pilot shows you what your line is costing you – before it’s too late:
- Every minute of downtime becomes visible: with timestamp, duration, and frequency. No more losses that disappear into the shift report.
- Up and running in one day: connect sensors, open browser, done. No IT project, no system integrator, no machine downtime.
- Complete, single-source solution: hardware, software, and dashboard in one package. No piecing together sensors, gateways, cloud subscriptions, and visualization tools.
- Buy once, use indefinitely: €4,800 one-time price. No subscription, no ongoing costs, no cloud dependency.
- Numbers for management: automatic PDF reports and ROI documentation from day one.
- No intervention in the control system: sensors run in parallel with the PLC, no machine release required, no feedback effects.
Why OEE Pilot?
One system. Everything included.

Hardware, software, and dashboards in one package. No piecing together gateways, cloud subscriptions, and visualization tools. One point of contact, one installation.
Your data stays on your premises.

OEE Pilot runs fully on-premise on the Pinebox: no cloud account, no internet requirement, no data privacy risk.
Up and running in one day.

No server, no system integrator, no months-long rollout. Connect sensors, power on the Pinebox, open a browser — the OEE Pilot system is ready to use. Even without an IT department.
One-time price. No subscription trap.

€4,800 — that’s it. No monthly license fees, no price increases after year 1, no contract lock-in. You own the system.
Retrofit without risk.

IO-Link®1 sensors are mounted in parallel with the existing control system. No PLC modifications, no machine release required, no feedback effects. Your equipment keeps running throughout the installation.
What others can’t do
AI analysis – data stays in Europe.
Ask questions about your production data in plain language: “What was the most common failure reason this week?”. Processing runs on European servers, only the required data from OEE Pilot is forwarded to the AI via the Pinetek server, without any customer reference. The AI provider never knows who is making the request and stores no data. GDPR-compliant, no US cloud provider.
Optional module, €20/month, cancel anytime.
Sensor data and cycle time measurement – directly at the line.
OEE Pilot doesn’t just capture part counts, it simultaneously reads process parameters such as pressure, temperature, or vibration and correlates them with production data. This makes relationships visible that remain hidden in conventional OEE systems: Does a drop in air pressure lead to more handling errors? Which sub-process is driving up cycle time? Answers that previously required costly measurement campaigns.
Flexible line configuration – even with changing products.
Not every product uses the line the same way. OEE Pilot supports product-specific line configurations: for product A, only three stations are captured; for product B, the entire line. Cycle times, target quantities, and active stations are defined per production program. OEE and bottleneck analysis adapt automatically — no manual reconfiguration during product changeovers.

See what your line is really capable of.
OEE = Availability × Performance × Quality
| Availability | How long is the equipment actually running? |
| Performance | How fast is it running compared to the target cycle time? |
| Quality | How many parts pass on the first run? |
| Bottleneck | Which station is slowing down the entire line? |
| Downtime | Why is the equipment stopped and how often? |

How quickly does OEE Pilot pay for itself in your production?
Your OEE dashboard in three steps

Install sensors

Mount IO-Link sensors (e.g. distance sensors) on your production line for part counting. The counting logic is already built into OEE Pilot. No machine modifications required — your PLC programs remain unchanged.

Connect Pinebox and configure the line

The Pinebox edge gateway receives sensor data, processes it, and passes it to the OEE Pilot software. Everything runs on the Pinebox, on-premise. Connect via Wi-Fi access point or Ethernet — standalone or integrated into your corporate network.

Track OEE and bottlenecks

Access live dashboards from any browser: scoreboard directly at the line, operator tablet on the shop floor, management screen in the office. Monitor real-time data and analyze past production runs.
Transparent pricing. Buy once, use indefinitely.
