Introducing IOL Core4: Compact IO-Link compatible Master Module for Embedded Integration
Pinetek Networks is pleased to announce the launch of the IOL Core4, a compact 4-port IO-Link compatible master module designed for embedded integration into third-party controllers and devices.
Building on the field-proven IOL HAT, IOL Core4 targets manufacturers who need IO-Link master functionality built directly into their own hardware, from small controllers to to custom industrial hardware. The module is available in a standard variant as well as IOL Core4 Plus version featuring its own microcontroller, giving integrators more flexibility depending on their system architecture.
IOL Core4 is aimed at OEMs and hardware makers looking to add IO-Link connectivity without developing a master implementation from scratch, shortening time to market for IO-Link enabled products.
IOL Core4 is part of Pinetek’s growing device family alongside Pinebox and IOL HAT, and will be featured at SPS 2026 in Nuremberg this November.
